The location was central, easy to get around to any place, museums and the palaces can be easily visited using Frienzecard, it also has a phone app (as a side tip), the comfort and the room cleanliness was impeccable, it was recently renovated as I could tell, the breakfast buffet was flavourful, especially the bacon and all the meat products, also the watermelon was surprisingly sweet and tasty, and lastly the personnel was quick to respond to any requests and questions that I had, also they stored our luggage 3 hours after the check out, that spared me around 15 bucks, really enjoyed the stay, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for the properties around the same price per night. The room had working A/C, self locking door with card unlock in system, mini fridge, around 65” TV with some italien tv programs, the bathroom was adaptable for special needs people, clean, with bidet, very spacious just as the room. The bathroom ventilation system was extremely silent, made me think it wasn’t working at first. And did I mention the really great 2 espressos that I had every morning? Amazing.

We had 13 wonderful days and nights at Arts hotel. The staff at front desk, in breakfast room and housekeeping were warm, generous and professional. They treated us as guests in their own homes. Rooms were beautiful, and housekeeping was exceptional. Sheets were top quality. I wish I could make such tight beds at home. Breakfast had many choices. Wonderful muselai, lots of salmon and meat choices, Even had Louisiana Tabasco sauce to add to scrambled eggs. When my husband left a garment when we had to rush because of a train strike. They had DHL deliver it our Rome hotel the NEXT DAY. The location near Medici Chapel , seven-minute walk on back streets from the Duomo, and near train station is excellant. We can.t wait to return.

The location of the hotel was second to none. It was within easy walking distance to all the museums, the railway station, the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno river, multiple restaurants, the covered market and outdoor market and of course quality shopping at your finger tips. Breakfast was more than adequate with fresh coffee, fresh fruit, toast and many an assortment of yoghurt, scrambled egg, etc etc. There was something for everyone. The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was more than adequate. ALL staff were fantastic. From the reception desk -Paolo and others to the breakfast ladies and cleaners. All welcoming and super helpful and friendly. Grazie a tutti !

Well, I didn't know how close this hotel was from the Florence Central Terminal; First time in Florence, and I arrived from Milan. It was just about five minutes from the station. You don't have to take a cab or subway. I ended up paying sixty Euros by signing up on a website for taxi of less than ten minutes ride. Don't ever use the cab service in Florence. Any rate, every attraction and interesting points were within walking distance, including many casual and fine dining restaurants. If I travel to Florence, I will go to this hotel again. And very reasonable price as well.

The hotel was amazing. Just up a side street very close to the station and the main attractions were all within easy walking distance. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff really helpful and friendly. Room was lovely again very clean. We were at the back and didn’t hear any noise at all. Bathroom was really big. Had toiletries and a hairdryer in there. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice and everything really fresh. We would definitely stay here again if travelling to Florence and would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay
